Put the ingredients in a blender

Aside from the toppings, you’ll want to load all the ingredients into your blender. This includes coconut cream, pineapple juice, white rum, frozen pineapple chunks, and ice.

Mix on high

Turn the mixer on high and blend the mixture until smooth. It shouldn’t take long; you just want to make sure there are no chunks of ice or pineapple left.

Pour into glasses and garnish

Once the mixing is finished, pour the cocktail into the glasses of your choice. Simply garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple if desired. Of course, the mini umbrella is also optional, but strongly encouraged.
