  • 28 oz corn syrup
  • 25 ounces soy sauce
  • 16 oz. sugar
  • 14 oz Sake
  • 7 ounces sesame oil
  • 7 ounces diced onion
  • 7 ounces diced Korean pear
  • 2 oz. Garlic
  • 1.5 ounce spring onion
  • 1/2 ounce fresh ginger
  1. Mix together the onion, pear, ginger, spring onion and sake.
