“Derek is one of the nicest, gunniest people you’ll ever meet. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better BBQ in Wichita. My church wanted to provide food for the families at Ronald McDonald Houses for the holidays. In contacting him he provided us with more than enough food to feed Ronald Mcdonald’s two homes and we even fed the homeless downtown he is a great guy and took very good care of us. Check them out.
