On June 11, Stewart posted a delicious photo of a new pasta dish to her Instagram. She posted it with the caption, “Of course we love grilling in the heat and we also love no-cook recipes during the summer, but we haven’t given up on the stove yet. This hearty but not too heavy one skillet summer dinner has it all.

The mouth-watering no-bake recipe requires just a few ingredients like kosher salt, eggplant, red pepper flakes, gnocchi, and ricotta, to name a few.
